I'll definitely watch SUITS
It’s definitely not your ordinary legal drama. Coz it has comedy in it, too. And could I just say that Patrick Adams is just hnnnng? :”)

I want to practice Financial Forensics.
Because I think it’s so cool.
Person: Hey, what do you do?
Me: Well, I’m a forensic accountant. Investigative auditor for courts et cetera.

It has been several weeks (months?) since I last posted here. Gah! We’re busy for a product competition come February, that’s why. And then there’s this financial statement analysis, et cetera, et cetera. Blame academic whatnots.
Anyways, this post shan’t be about those. So, let’s first talk about me. I’m Christian (Yeah, you prolly know that). I’m 18 and...

2012 Project
It’s been months since I wrote a decent piece. LOL. So this 2012, I aim to finish this fan fiction based from Suzanne Collins’ famous trilogy: “The Hunger Games”.
The rebellion led by Katniss Everdeen, known to all the districts and the Capitol as the “Mockingjay”, failed. All districts were rebuilt (except the thirteenth) and, as usual, the Hunger Games continued. This...

The phrase, of course, means that despite having a difficult time with something (or someone), you have managed to stay strong et cetera, et cetera. But I’m not using it figuratively. A few hours back, I walked around the city in my polo shirt, pants, and loafers whilst drizzling (it was very stupid of me not bringing my coat or a jacket). Talk about...

Klaus Baudelaire and Fiona Widdershins;
better love story than Twilight.
On other notes:
(1) I have my planner ready for 2012 (Yay Planet Slate!);
(2) A series of stressful events have finally stopped (but not for long);
(3) I’m listening to kids singing “enhebenenneytyursing, enhebenenneytyursing”;
(4) I’m almost finished with Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events; and
(5) Family reunion...

Atlas.
She called me that because I carry the heaviest burden among us four: to review everything regarding world literature. [Haha. Atlas. Carry. World. Oh, shut up me.]
Anyways, on my shoulders are these:
layout for a school paper;
law class readings;
advacc1 problems;
lanyard designs for the college; and
an emotional distress
Oh well. Maybe I was doomed to carry these. Damn the Fates.

It was wrong. Definitely wrong. I raised the problem but she did not answer it. I didn’t explain mainly because we answered another almost immediately.
A classmate once told me that she lives with “first impression lasts”. Tss. I hope she views me as inquisitive rather than annoying. Ha!

It’s not that minamaliit ko si Khalil. I was basing it on performance. And I believe what he did was not worth two million pesos (I should probably get hate TAs in a few…or not). And if he’ll win (although I’m praying he won’t), it’s not because he had the talent but rather because he has a million fans. Besides, my ranking is merely one opinion out of millions....

Yum
As he reads a non-academic book, his stomach protests. It has been five hours since he last ate something. He closes his book and gets his wallet from the side table. He goes to the sari-sari store at the corner of their street.
He enters through the wooden door and knocks a coin against a table, calling out, “Tao po” as he did. A woman in her late forties came out from a curtained...

Date
After our protagonist changed his clothes with a black polo and a pair of jeans, he puts on his loafers and grabs his bag hanging from the door’s hook. He goes downstairs and bids his mom goodbye who’s busy cooking their dinner.
“Where to?” she asks him.
“Uh, outside.” He can’t tell her he’s going to have a date.
“You’re going on a...

The bus stops in a certain lot beside the national highway. Our protagonist grabs his bag and heads for the exit. Glad it parked here, he thinks. I’ll just be walking.
He looks to the left and then to the right (Ed. - Price tag?). Sensing it was safe, he crosses the road. It took him approximately two minutes to reach their home. It was a two-storey wooden-and-concrete house. He pushes the...

That fiendishly difficult wall
In a pool of 16 seemingly random words, find the four groups of four that have connections. Some words might satisfy two or more groups but there is only one solution to puzzle.
[The wall where I got my highest point so far. First group: Things made of rubber. Second group: Types of quarks (I’m quite proud that I know this. Ha!).]
I’ve been playing Only Connect’s connecting...

Our protagonist wakes in the not-so-cold October morning. Embracing his pillow, he wishes it was his special someone. Unfortunately, his love is miles away. He ponders how they managed a long distance relationship. He remembers a text message saying “love is like the force between two atoms (or is it molecules?). The farther they are, the lesser it is.” Fuck that fallacious logic, he...

He stared at the blinking cursor wondering which words to write. He was tired. The day have depleted all his energy. He didn’t even have the motivation to create a post. His brain was squeezed too much it doesn’t produce any creative juice anymore. But nevertheless, his fingers flew around the keyboard gently tapping at the letters, some of them already missing a few strokes.
Then he...

I love you. I speak truly. The last thing I need is a reason for that love to cease.

Believe me when I say that jealousy is an indication that I love you. But believe me more when I say that being jealous is a sign that I’m not trusting you.
My fault. My bad. I’m sorry. Really sorry. :(

Copelle Entry 011
She is beautiful. The way she shoved a lock of hair covering a part of her face. Despite being marred by whatever dirty things. The way she walked in her striped shirt and dangkal shorts. She carried a sock of, probably, bottles. She is poor. I know it from her looks. And she is beautiful. Unfortunately, that moment was the first and last time I’ll see her.
"Part of being matalino (intelligent) is not...
