Anyhow, the mistake should be substantial as to vitiate the relationship between the parties. In which case, I probably wouldn’t.

But judging whether the mistake is substantial or not depends on the aggrieved party.

(Pardon the legal parlance. Mistake is one of my favorite topics in Civil Law. :P)
